Feeling overwhelmed with content creation tasks? You’re not alone! Here’s a simple tip that has really helped me, when it comes to managing content work: batch my task, not by post.

What this means is, pick a day where you only film content. No editing or posting that day, JUST filming, and batch-film a few videos. Then the next day is ONLY for editing.

This has really helped me get more done without feeling overwhelmed with “to-dos” as a creator.

Rather than trying to film one video, edit it and post it in one day, split your days up.

PSA: You don’t actually have to be the content creator for your business! It’s a job that people hire out for all the time.

You can hire content creators to create reels and UGC for your business, that either they can post on their feeds or you post on your feed.

You could license their content to use in your ads.

You could pay bloggers and influencers to post about your products. ⭐️ That’s what I do for business owners, I create creative content about their products, attend their events/openings, and post about it! Check out my work here: Chelsea | Travel, Self-Improvement + Fun and follow me to chat about how I might be able to can help bring more awareness to your business.

Or you could hire a social media manager or creator to manage your entire page for you.

If content creation isn’t your thing, work with people who specialize in it, so you can get back to doing the stuff you enjoy as a business owner.

Whats something you’d love to be taken off your to-do list today? Maybe I can help you out!

Day 20 update: Zero to 250k views project is well underway! In this update, I’m explaining how I used the Claude browser extension to diagnose why one reel is gaining traction while another one is not.

I gave Claude’s browser tool access to audit both reels, to find issues, and reasons for one’s success and the other’s failures.

This is day 20 in my 90 day experiment to see if I can revive an old IG account by posting new content (travel niche content) on it, and take it to 250k views, completely organically.

“I’m tired of making content can you guys just place your orders please?” how it feels to be a business owner, who did not start their business for the purpose of being a full-time content creator, but here you are. 😄

The truth is, you don’t have to be a content creator for your business. If you don’t want to be!

You can hire creators who specialize in the type of marketing you need.

But if you aren’t ready to hire a content creator yet here are three things that you can do that will help you speed up your contact creation process, so that you can save time and get back to doing more of what you enjoy.

The psychology of an information gap is a key to growing on social media. When you know how to tap into this, you will start creating content that increases open rates, extends watch times, and holds people’s attention.

All of my reels used to flop until I started doing this. THIS!

Did not expect to see this Instagram news today! Apparently Instagram has started showing your trial reels to some of your followers, the people who engage most with your public posts. Um..so what is the point of trial reels now exactly? 🥺

What do you think about this change?

IG Journey Update: we’ve reached 21k views (mainly from one video) posting in the first 10 days.

Let’s break down why that’s happening to that video and not the other ones, in this case study.

There are 3 specific reasons why I think that video is starting to gain traction, which I explain in this video.

Take a peek behind my reels as we look at this case study about reviving an old IG account with new content.

Week 1 Progress Update | Here’s how many views we got in the first 7 days of posting on a previously ignored Instagram account 😳

- without any paid ads
- without begging my friends for views
- in a niche that is NOT about how to grow on Instagram 😄 (it’s travel/lifestyle)

Eleven more weeks to go to take that account from zero to 250,000 views in 90 days!

Have you ever worried that you can’t post something because its not right for your “niche”? Let me know if this resonates!

This day 4 of my new 90 day series where I attempt to grow an Instagram@page from zero to 250k views.

Lock in grow your IG with me! The only rules:

- commit to posting new, organic content
- I’m cool with changing my niche to something completely different
- everything is seen as a test
- flops are OK! Its all data
- don’t decide its a fail until I have at least 90 days of content
- follow the plan in my IG revival live doc (DM me “revive” to get access)

One more important thing I’m doing to warm up my Instagram account, before I start posting new content to it…and it starts by doing this easy, valuable Instagram tip.

This is week one of my Zero to 250K views experiment where I am sharing the behind the scenes process. I am working on to revive an old Instagram account.

Follow to watch how it progresses and stay tuned for my next reel where I share the first results from this first week of warming up the account and posting new content!
