Jacaranda is in Robb Report. We designed this intimate yet social 30 seat restaurant for partners Daniel Patterson and Sarah Lewitinn, inspired by the warmth of their living room.

We are deep in partnership with California Hot Springs, creating the lodge, restaurant and spa amenity to support their 300 acre Sequoia water sanctuary.

The project calls for beautiful stewardship of the geothermal mineral water. In their words…
“When we use the phrase “water sanctuary,” we are speaking operationally. It means water is treated as a living system rather than a commoditized utility. Our mineral pools are designed as flow-through soaking pools so fresh spring water continuously renews, with no chlorine or chemical additives. Our geothermal infrastructure draws from the natural heat of the springs themselves…this means that we’re able to use the natural heat from the water to heat our guest units and common spaces - we’re so grateful for this renewable energy source! Sanctuary, in this context, means protected. Stewarded. Designed to endure.”

Honored to announce that two of our projects won LIV Hospitality Design Awards and one Honorable Mention. The LIV awards recognize excellence in hospitality, architecture, interior design and guest experience on a global scale, and we are thrilled to be awarded on this international stage.

Lucia received best Interior Design in North America, Yeobo, Darling won best Interior Design Restaurant – Fine Dining and Florentin received an Honorable Mention for Best Interior Design – Eating Space. Thank you LIV awards and our lovely clients for creating beautiful spaces with

Badmaash just opened in Venice and it is ultra awesome. The Mahendro’s asked for a place where you want to drink. We bridged their soulful Indian roots to an earthy Venice vibe, and it’s one of the best places we’ve designed. Thank you to Wallpaper and Carole Dixon for the excellent coverage.
