The first time I’ve put a cocoa powder glaze (since we can’t use melted chocolate) and a chocolate covered coffee bean on the espresso macrons. And I think they turned out so good!

I’ll have all these flavors at The Shed in Castorland and at Red Barn Meats, INC tomorrow and at Lowville Co-ops fall festival on Saturday.

Pumpkin Spice (using only pumpkin spice seasoning )
Espresso
Salted Caramel
Raspberry

Good morning,

Happy September!! How are we in the "ber"months already. It feels like summer just started. I will be soaking up every last drop of summer sun I can.

There is no Lowville Farm and Craft Market next Saturday. But I will be at Lowville Farmers Co-op for their fall festival from 12-4. I'm looking forward to it and hope to see you all there.

This was our first week to have our items at The Shed on Mertz Rd in Castorland and you all showed up and supported us there and I'm so thankful for that. I will have macarons and party mix again along with a few other items. If there is a macaron flavor you would like don't hesitate to let me know.

The menu is full of fall flavors and I'm so here for it.

Apple Cider Crinkle cookies are like our lemon crinkle but full of apple cider goodness. It's covered in powdered sugar.

Apple Cinnamon Rolls have fresh apples in them and heavy cream poured over them and baked to perfection. And then finished off with a caramel glaze.

I will have several surprises ready for you all at the fall festival that you will not want to miss.

Ordering ends Tuesday at noon. Pick up will be Thursday in Croghan, Thursday or Friday at The Shed in Castorland, Saturday at the Fall festival, or New Bremen either of those days. When ordering please let me know where you would like to pick up your items. I'll message you when your order is ready.

As always, I will be delivering to Red Barn Meats, INC Thursday afternoon.

We are just so grateful for your support. I know I say this a lot, but we could not do what we love without all of you!!

Chocolate peanut butter and raspberry macarons plus party mix will be at the stand tomorrow at the end of Mertz Rd Castorland.

I will have both kinds of macarons at Lowville Farm and Craft Market on Saturday as well.

Good Saturday morning,

The last weekend of August, it's crazy how fast the summer has gone.

I'm so excited to let you all know that my macarons and party mix starting next week Thursday will be at the BAKE SHED on Merz Rd in Castorland. And you will see some of my other baked goodies as well. Your preorders can also be picked up there.

On the menu this week I have some apple cider goodies that I'm so excited for, and if you come to Market on Saturday, I will have some goodies that I don't have on the menu. You guys show up every week and support us and we are so thankful!

Ordering ends Tuesday at noon. Pick up is Thursday in Croghan, or at the Bake Shed in Castorland, Saturday at market or New Bremen either day. When ordering please let me know what day you would like your items. I'll message you when your order is ready.

Mini Chocolate Chip and Funfetti muffins. Think back to school early morning breakfast or an easy thing to pop in your kids lunches. And I won’t judge if you pop a few in your mouth as well. 😉😁

Never tried a macaron and you don’t want to buy a box of six?? I got you covered!!
I had these little bags and thought why not see how the macarons will fit in them. They fit perfectly!
I will have 6 bags of 2 for $2.50 and 3 boxes of 6 for $7.00 at market on Saturday.

Salted Caramel is the flavor.

Happy Saturday!!

What a week it has been. Thank you for all the support Thursday night!! You all showed up and supported us and so many other local vendors. It was a beautiful evening that we had, and we enjoyed chatting with each of you.

I have some new recipes that I am working on but need to do more experimenting with them before I will share them. And as much as I am in no need for summer to end and fall to come, I can't wait for apple cider to be ready. As delicious as it is to drink, it is also delicious in baked goods.

Counting today I have three Saturdays of Market left. Wow that is crazy!!
Market ends on September 26. The 12th there is no market, but we will be at Lowville Farmers Co-op in their new place on the Number Four Rd for their Fall Festival from 12-4. The 19th we will not be at market as we have other plans that week. Saturday the 26th we will be at market for closing day. Just a reminder that our baked goods freeze well (just ask my son who takes our extras or are not so nice-looking cookies and puts them in the freezer for his work lunches😀)
