Gam Gam's Goodies

Had the sweetest little helper today. He definitely has the junk bug like his mama 🤷🏽‍♀️💕

Slowly but surely, this little space is coming together. 😍

When I was a little girl, my Nana used to call me “Rosebud,” so roses have always held a special place in my heart. 🌹

I’ve always loved the warm tones of amber, yellow, orange and brown, so naturally, they’ve found their way into this space, too.

But my favorite part is the Virgin Mary, with dried flowers resting at her feet. ❤️

Every day, as we come and go from our home, we’re reminded of God’s love and the many blessings He’s poured over our little family. And that makes this little corner even more special. ❤️

Happy Halloween-ie 🌭 🎃 my auntie(who claims she is blind) has strict rules of one piece per kid. She don’t play if you try to take more than one 😂 thankful for the memories we get to make with her!

This got me excited about some of the glassware I am going to be posting for y’all very soon. So many creative ways to use beautiful glass instead of the cheap plastic junk.

Which idea is your favorite? I love the decanter for flowers.

Not vintage, but I met the sweetest lady yesterday who is selling beautiful homemade quilts in Lubbock. Great way to spend this rainy day. Her prices ranged from $50-$100 on quilts.

Y'all keep asking how I get a suitcase full of breakables home without everything shattering — here's the whole system. A box inside the suitcase, paper between every plate, old sheets for padding (that one was my husband's idea and he won't let me forget it 😂). Gam Gam logistics, baby.

Y'all ever pack a suitcase in the middle of a thrift store like it's a totally normal thing to do? 😂 Because same. No shame in my treasure-hauling game.

Another trip, another haul I have to test my packing skills with. Do you think I can get these treasures packed up in my suitcase and home safely? Or do you think they will be a victim of the bag tossers at the airport?
