⚙️✨ Dialing In the Perfect Tumbler Settings! ✨⚙️

Another day in the shop means more testing, tweaking, and learning! Today has been all about dialing in the settings on the xTool F2 Ultra UV to get the absolute best results on tumblers.

Every tumbler is a little different, and finding that sweet spot between power, speed, focus, and detail takes patience. Sometimes it means amazing first-pass results… and sometimes it means a few “well, that didn’t work!” moments. 😆 But that’s all part of the process!

I love pushing this machine to see what it’s capable of and creating settings that give crisp, clean engravings that customers will love. The time spent testing now means more consistent, high-quality products later.

Whether it’s stainless, powder-coated, full wraps, or custom designs, we’re getting one step closer to having these settings perfected! 🙌

We’re excited to announce that sublimation printing will soon be available at Adirondack Laser Designs! 🎉

Once we have everything dialed in with our new printer, you’ll be able to order:

We’re currently working through testing and fine-tuning to ensure we can offer the highest quality products possible. As soon as everything is ready, we’ll share an official launch announcement and start taking orders.

Taking a short break from customer orders for a couple of hours to restock some of the business essentials — like business cards and all the little things that keep everything running smoothly.

Owning a small business isn’t just making customer orders; there’s always work happening behind the scenes. Designing, restocking supplies, inventory, marketing, testing materials, and keeping everything ready for the next order that comes in.

✨ New things in the shop mean more experimenting and learning! ✨

Today I’m putting the xTool Inner Engraving Crystal Ball Kit to the test and working on mastering these beautiful crystal spheres using the xTool F2 Ultra UV! Every material and shape has its own learning curve, and dialing in the perfect settings is all part of the process.

These crystal engravings are amazing to watch come to life, and I’m excited to keep fine-tuning them to create those crisp, detailed designs hidden inside the glass. Practice makes progress, and I can already see the potential these have! 👀💎

✨ Wood engraving day with the xTool F2 Ultra UV! ✨

I have to say — I am absolutely loving the outcome on this wood engraving! The detail and overall finish came out amazing, and it’s always exciting seeing a project come to life exactly how you pictured it.

One thing I’ve noticed while testing materials and settings is that it doesn’t burn as hot as my F1 Ultra, which gives a really nice clean result on wood. Pairing it with the conveyor belt setup has been working great too and opens up so many possibilities for larger projects and smoother workflow!

This engraving is currently running while we put some time in before switching lenses because today we’ll also be diving into some inner crystal engraving! 👀✨

Always learning, always testing, and always finding new ways to create with these machines.

✨ Watching an idea come to life and turn into something that will hold memories for years to come is one of the best parts of what I do. ✨

I had the absolute pleasure of creating this custom baby milestone picture frame for a close friend using my xTool F2 Ultra UV laser! From newborn all the way through their first birthday, this piece was designed to help capture and treasure every special moment of baby’s first year. 🩷👶

Each section is made to hold milestone photos month by month, creating a beautiful keepsake that families can look back on forever. The custom engraved name detail and layered wood design made this project even more special to create.

I’m so thankful to be trusted with meaningful projects like this and to turn memories into lasting keepsakes. ❤️
