Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, grandmas, pet moms, and creative caretakers out there! Today I’ve been spending the day getting new mosaics ready for the and the latest piece stealing my attention is called “Swetttttttaaaaaa Cat.”

One could say the inspiration came from the iconic ‘Sweata Weatha’ skit in 2007 with and … and honestly, the energy feels about right. 😂 Stay tuned - cuz this cat has a LOT of personality.

🐠 “Fish Encounter” 🐟 I’ve been working on this piece for quite some time, while taking a break from others. But for some reason, it was easy to keep coming back to it. Sometimes a piece just pulls you in, and this one definitely did.

You can see it in person tomorrow at the in Plover. I’ll be hard to miss at Booth 2, the first booth as you walk in!

I can’t believe I scheduled this exhibition at two years ago - and now it’s finally here! I spent the morning installing 20 mosaics for my solo show, Circles & Lines, and within minutes I was chatting with community members curious about my process and materials. Even better - two pieces sold within the first 1.5 hours!

Circles & Lines will be on display through April 30. If you’re interested in purchasing a piece, feel free to contact me directly - pick-up can be arranged after the exhibition.

Thank you all for your continued support!

Thank you to the Arts Alliance of Greater Lake Mills for another wonderful opportunity to share my work at Merchants Bank! It was a short 30-minute talk, but the group was fully engaged—asking thoughtful questions about my process, the future of outdoor art shows, and even my ever-growing collection of materials. Every moment reminded me how valuable it is to connect with real people in our local arts community.

A special thank you to Rick Santovec and Mary Lou for helping bring this program together. I’m looking forward to seeing what other opportunities you create to connect and support artists in our area!
