Moody meets tropical. 🌴

When a couple I had worked with previously purchased a home in Florida, I was so happy they reached out for help again. Together, we created a room that pairs a moody feel with relaxed tropical touches.

A beautiful rattan chandelier and a plaid-patterned jute rug bring warmth, texture, and a little unexpected pattern to the space.

It’s always special to help returning clients make a new house feel like home.

Sometimes it just takes someone to see a space differently. ✨

My clients purchased a vacation home in Florida and asked me to help them create a vision for their new space.
This empty alcove was originally intended to be a closet, but because it sits near the dining room and kitchen, I immediately saw another possibility, a coffee/wine bar. ☕️🍷
I created this concept to help them visualize the idea, and from hundreds of miles away, they took that vision and made it their own with their contractor. It’s always exciting to see an idea that started on paper come to life.

Good design isn’t always about adding pretty things. Sometimes it’s simply about seeing the potential in a space and finding a better way to use it.

Making a new house feel like home.

This couple recently moved into their townhome and wanted help making the space feel warmer, more inviting, and more finished. For the dining room, I focused on filling the larger space with properly scaled furniture, adding warmth with rich velvet curtains, and creating a comfortable dining area for six so they have plenty of room for entertaining.

A large sideboard gives them extra storage while filling the long wall, and the oversized mirror, lamps, soft rug, and simple accessories help pull everything together without making the room feel overly decorated.

Sometimes it’s not about changing the entire space, it’s about choosing the right pieces, in the right scale, and putting them in the right place.

A new home should feel exciting, not overwhelming.

Nothing better than hearing kind words from your clients. This is truly the most rewarding part of what I do. So happy I could help make the process a little easier!

Currently helping a couple update their dated home, and it’s amazing what a few simple changes can do.

Removing the heavy, dark valance and curtains, replacing the yellow-toned paint with a light neutral, and adding white linen pinch-pleated curtains will take this room from dark and dated to light, bright, and refreshed.

Sometimes a room doesn’t need a complete renovation, it just needs the right updates to completely change how it feels.

Taking this seaside home from outdated to Coastal Cottage. 🌊

After moving from Northern New Jersey to retire by the beach, this couple wanted their new home to feel lighter, more relaxed, and reflective of the coastal cottage style they loved.

For the dining room, I layered in soft blue striped wallpaper, skirted upholstered dining chairs, a natural jute rug, a light wood table, and a handwoven rattan chandelier to bring in color, texture, and that casual coastal feel.

The result is a space that feels fresh, inviting, and perfectly at home by the shore.

There’s something so exciting about buying your first home… and also a little overwhelming.

I’m currently working with a lovely couple who recently purchased their first home and reached out for help creating a vision for their spaces. They had some ideas, so we collaborated to create a design that feels more like them, cohesive, comfortable, and a little more grown-up for this next chapter as a young family.
From paint selections and design plans to window treatments, furniture sourcing and those finishing touches, I’m helping them turn their new house into a home.

Because between moving, work, kids and everyday life, creating an entire home can feel like another full-time job. That’s where I come in. I help take the ideas in your head, create a clear vision, and make bringing it all together so much easier.

Just purchased a home and not sure where to begin, or have a space you’re dying to redesign? Let’s create a plan together. ❤️

One of the homes I’m currently working on belongs to a couple who has lived there for over 20 years.

The home is traditional, but they’re ready to give it a fresh, updated feel before putting it on the market.

The goal isn’t to make a traditional home suddenly feel modern, it’s about finding the right balance. Updating paint colors, lighting, furnishings and finishes while still honoring the style and architecture of the home and creating a look that appeals to today’s buyers.

We’re starting with fresh paint, and there’s much more to come!

I can’t wait to share the transformation as we go. ✨

Sometimes you just need a little time away to recharge.

Taking a break with my family before jumping back into creating beautiful, functional homes for my amazing clients.

We’ve been coming to Cape May for years, and it’s impossible not to fall in love with the charm of the historic homes, beautiful architecture, cobblestone streets, and endless design inspiration around every corner.

I hope you’re all enjoying a wonderful summer and taking time to make memories with the people you love.

This room feels warm and inviting, yet stylish and pulled together.

Sometimes it’s the smallest changes, new furniture, accent lighting, a patterned rug, a textured throw, or curtains that add warmth, that completely transform a space.

Your home should reflect your style and be a place you love coming home to.
