What a week it has been!

I built this workbench for my new paint room and cleaned and packed up my entire garage. Moving starts tomorrow. Ahhhh! So excited to get set up in my new space!

This house was the first house I had bought all on my own as a single mom. I had/have so much pride in the fact that despite all odds, my girls and I have been THRIVING in this season of life. My goal was always to cultivate a family unit as I knew it was meant for us, and I am over the moon to be moving towards that oh so very soon. Gahhh soooo sooooon 😍😍What I wasn’t expecting was some of the sadness that was going to come with moving from this home. It has meant so many things for us and a part of me feels like we are leaving that behind even though that’s not the truth. We can bring the growth and lessons we have learned in this home with us to the new one. In the moment sometimes that’s hard to see though. This was the first place I ever felt like “home” in so it makes sense to be bittersweet to be moving on. I’m always reminding the girls that two things can coexist and this is definitely one of them because ahhhhhh we are movinnngggg and I KNOW it’s going to be so good to and for us!
