Classic Beef Stew
Ingredients:
2 pounds beef bouillon, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
1½ cups beef broth
4 medium carrots, sliced
3 medium potatoes, cubed
1 medium onion, chopped
1 celery stalk, chopped
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp ground paprika
1 garlic clove, minced
1 large bay leaf
🧑🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Prep the Beef:
Place the beef in your slow cooker. Combine flour, salt, and pepper, pour over the meat, and toss to coat.
2️⃣ Add the Ingredients:
Mix in beef broth, carrots, potatoes, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, garlic, and bay leaf. Stir everything together.
3️⃣ Cook Slowly:
Cover and cook on low for 8–12 hours or high for 4–6 hours, until the beef is tender enough to fall apart.
4️⃣ Serve & Enjoy:
Remove the bay leaf and serve your stew piping hot. It’s perfect for family meals or solo cozy evenings!
