Deck 5 of 6 complete. All new decking, new vinyl rails and all 6x6 posts wrapped in restoration board. Still have another deck to do on this job but so far it’s looking great!!

Got a call today and the customer stated “my railing blew over from the wind.” Wondering how the hell this could happen I stopped there today on my way home and the structural post was completely rusted away and the wind literally blew the railing over. So here’s my advice: PLEASE, next time you’re on your 2nd or 3rd floor deck, just give the railings a wiggle and make sure they are all good 👍🏻. This could have ended so bad if someone leaned on it instead of the wind blowing it over. And contractors, stop using materials that don’t belong at the shore!!!!

That’s a wrap! Small section of siding to do on the rooftop but other than that we checked off all the other boxes today in time for the weekend. Monday we finish the rooftop and on to the next 💪🏼

A couple things we’ve been working on…a goal of 2026 of mine is to be more active on here with keeping you up to date with things we’re doing and maybe some videos of how we do things that keeps us at a different level than our competitors! Would that be something you guys would like to see or should I keep my secrets to myself lol?!?

Re side job we just completed in surf city. All new monogram siding on the house and 7inch board and batten on the breakaway walls. All new soffit and restoration board fascias. New set of steps and enclosed the bottom for some outdoor storage. Over all this place came out great 👍🏻!
