OK but these little scrap wood firecrackers are basically the definition of “boom on a budget.” 😂🇺🇸 A few pieces of scrap wood, some paint, nautical rope, a little distressing, and suddenly your junk pile is out here having its own fireworks finale.💥 I drilled holes in 3–4 inch wood pieces, added rope “wicks,” tied a few together with jute, and now they’re giving full patriotic tiered tray energy without a single thing actually exploding… which honestly feels safer for everybody involved. 🤣 These would make such cute little Fourth of July gifts, dough bowl fillers, shelf sitters, or just something fun to tuck into your summer decor. Now tell me the truth… are you the kind of person who keeps every scrap piece of wood “just in case,” or are you normal? 😂🇺🇸

These would be super cute as a centerpiece on your Independence Day picnic table! If you left off the wooden thread spool, you can make one for the kids that they could wave during your fireworks display! Either way, it’s a great way to show your patriotism! A cloudy day at the beach is still a day at the beach. No complaints here! The boys have an indoor pool to enjoy and I can’t be in the sun anyway due to the medicine that I’m taking. It makes your skin feel like it has a chemical burn when in the sun. Ouch! What are your plans for today? Crafting? Relaxing? Working your 9-5? Enjoy it, whatever it is!

Oh! Ps. My parents sold their house yesterday finally! Yay! They live about 3 minutes from us now. ❤️
