- 500ml de crème liquide
- 100g de sucre en poudre
- 2 cuillères à café d'extrait de vanille
- 4 feuilles de gélatine
- 200g de framboises fraîches (ou surgelées)
🥣 Instructions :
1. Faites tremper les feuilles de gélatine dans de l'eau froide pendant environ 5 minutes pour les ramollir.
2. Pendant ce temps, dans une casserole, chauffez la crème liquide avec le sucre en poudre et l'extrait de vanille à feu moyen, en remuant jusqu'à ce que le sucre soit complètement dissous.

Jus d’un demi-citron

Préparation
Étape 1 : Préparation des œufs durs
Placez les œufs dans une casserole d’eau froide.
Portez à ébullition, puis laissez frémir pendant 10 minutes.
Rafraîchissez les œufs sous l’eau froide, écalez-les et réservez.
Étape 2 : Préparation de l’avocat
Coupez les avocats en deux, retirez les noyaux.
