First food after a 92-hour hard dry fast.
I do dry fasting twice a year for 7 years, combined with clean carnivore.
In my experience, dry fasting helps burn fat, flush toxins, and “reset” the body.
Best way to break the fast: whole raw eggs and clean water.~~

Carnivore sushi . Saw a post and thought I'd try it. Absolutley unbelievable.
1.5lbs ground
1lb bacon
5 eggs
Parmesan
Mozzarella
Cheddar
Steak spice
45 mins @ 400°F~~

4 eggs
3 ounces cheese
¾ lb bacon
¾ lb 80/20
3 tbs butter
Will salt after heated in the lunch box in the truck!~~

Alright serious question
For those of you who’ve done carnivore did this happen to you too
I’m eating eggs and beef for every meal and somehow I actually crave it now I’m not really wanting anything else which is crazy to me I thought I’d be fighting cravings nonstop
Did your body just flip a switch like that or is this just a phase
Curious what your experience was.~~
