Ingredients
4–6 beef marrow bones (canoe-cut or split lengthwise)
2 tbsp butter, melted
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp crushed pork rinds (optional for extra crunch)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, optional
Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
Instructions
1. Prep the bones
Soak marrow bones in salted water for 6–12 hours in the refrigerator (optional but helps clean the marrow).
Pat dry thoroughly.
2. Preheat grill
Heat grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F).
3. Make the crust
Mix together:
Melted butter
Garlic
Parmesan
Crushed pork rinds
4. Grill the marrow
Place bones cut-side up on the grill.
Cook 15–20 minutes until marrow is soft and bubbling but not fully melted away.
5. Add crust
Spoon garlic Parmesan mixture over marrow.
Grill another 2–4 minutes until golden and crispy.
6. Serve
Sprinkle with parsley if desired.

I’m on the carnivore diet because I wanted them t0 figure 0ut why I was getting this abdominal pain…they found blood in my urine, they did blood work and a CT scan because fr0m the urine sample she said she feels like it’s kidney st0nes. The scan sh0
ws no kidney stones! Yay!!!
But My bl0od w0rk says

This carnivore diet is so weird.I eat a ton of eggs and usually some kind of beef with all 3 meals, and the crazy part is I actually crave it. I’m not really wanting anything else right now. Just meat, eggs and of course bacon! I really thought this would be way harder to stick to, but it’s been easy. No guessing. No trying to figure out what I can and can’t eat. It’s fatty meat and eggs. Period.~~

Carnivore Chicken Bacon Casserole
Ingredients
2 lbs chicken thighs or chicken breast, cooked and shredded
10–12 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
2 egg yolks
Salt, to taste
Black pepper (optional)
Instructions
1. Prep oven
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a casserole dish with bacon fat or butter.
2. Make creamy mixture
In a bowl combine:
Cream cheese
Heavy cream
Egg yolks
