A fresh, flavorful wrap packed with protein-rich chickpeas, creamy feta, crunchy vegetables, and a zesty Mediterranean dressing. Perfect for lunch, meal prep, or a quick healthy meal.

Ingredients (4 wraps)
Chickpea Filling
2 cups cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp ground cumin
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh Mediterranean Filling
4 large whole wheat wraps or flatbreads
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 cup chopped cucumber
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
1 cup chopped lettuce or spinach
¼ cup fresh parsley or cilantro
Creamy Tzatziki Sauce
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cucumber, grated and squeezed dry
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp chopped dill or parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the chickpeas
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chickpeas, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Cook for 5–7 minutes, lightly crushing some chickpeas for texture.
Finish with lemon juice.
2. Make the tzatziki
Combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, dill, salt, and pepper.
Mix until creamy.
3. Assemble the wraps
Warm wraps slightly.
Spread tzatziki sauce over each wrap.
Add lettuce, seasoned chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, olives, and feta.
Roll tightly and slice.
4. Serve

Enjoy immediately or wrap tightly for meal prep.

Creamy Mediterranean Sauce
2 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
4 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup fresh spinach
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (use oil-packed, drained)
½ cup sliced mushrooms (optional)
¼ cup Kalamata olives, sliced
½ tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Garnish
Fresh parsley or basil
Extra Parmesan cheese
Lemon wedges
Instructions
1. Season and cook the chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and garlic powder.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Remove chicken and set aside.
2. Make the creamy sauce
Add butter to the same skillet.
Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and cream cheese.
Stir until smooth and creamy.

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz/170 g each)
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Juice of ½ lemon
For the Salad
6 cups mixed greens or romaine lettuce
