An elegant home that is very unique, these homeowners wanted to go from the weak colors they had to colors that made a bold and elegant statement. I chose rich cordovan with contrasting colors to bring out all their homes unique features! They could not be more excited with the results!

Softer colors can be more inviting when the colors are done well. For those who think more color is better; I have a different approach. I consider what the homeowner wants the new color palette to accomplish. The BEFORE image has 14 black shutters and a hot pink door, it’s too much. My AFTER palette is more inviting with quieter colors. A more welcoming curb appeal was our goal, and that’s exactly how it came out

When the new owner bought this home, he knew it was a diamond in the rough. He asked me to fix the colors that were wrong, and here’s the house with my new color palette! I used 6 colors to bring out the details and accentuate what makes this home unique. They are thrilled with the results!
