You probably know us as the flower farm, have watched us grow flowers, make bouquets, open our self-serve flower stand, and share the beauty of the farm with you through custom orders, weddings, subscriptions and more. And that is still who we are! 🥰
However, our family also raises cattle to sell as freezer beef and I’ve been wanting to share the benefits of that with you all, as well!
Our cows help feed our gardens with the compost they provide, helping us grow the flowers you’ve come to know and love. And now, we’re finding another way to use what our farm provides.
✨Introducing our Whipped Tallow Cream. 🤍
Made with tallow from cattle raised right here on our farm, along with jojoba oil, vitamin E oil, and pure essential oil.
I love the idea of using something from our own farm to care for our skin. Farming means spending a LOT of time outside—especially in the spring, summer and fall. Sun, wind, dirt, frequent hand washing, and hard work can leave our skin needing a little extra love. And as the seasons change, so do our skin’s needs.
Tallow has become one of those simple, old-fashioned, all-natural ingredients we’ve come to appreciate for nourishing and moisturizing our skin. Its fatty acids are similar to those found in human skin and won’t leave behind a greasy residue like some other oils. It absorbs into our skin leaving a soft, nourished, hydrated feel.
The tallow cream can now be found in our flower stand on Saturday mornings and can also be ordered during the week for pickup. 🤗
