Sometimes you meet someone who inspires you to finally take that first step. ✨

Today at High Point Market, I had the pleasure of meeting the incredibly talented Amber Guyton of , and WOW! Her room was PACKED! 👏🏽

There’s something special about watching someone walk so confidently in their creativity and purpose. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so genuinely proud of someone I had literally just met!

I’ve spent years designing spaces, staging homes, and helping others bring their visions to life. But putting myself out there and sharing my own creative journey? That’s been SUPER intimidating.

Well, today I made Amber a promise that I would stop being afraid of Instagram and JUST START!

So here I am, keeping my word. 💛

Amber, thank you for sharing your journey, your talent, and your energy. You inspired me more than you probably realize!

This is the part of staging you don’t usually see: figuring it out.

A successful layout isn’t just about making the furniture fit. We’re considering:

✓ How buyers enter and move through the room
✓ What they’ll see first
✓ The windows and natural light
✓ The room’s focal point
✓ Furniture scale
✓ How the space will photograph

Sometimes we arrive with a plan—and then the room tells us it needs something different.

Do you see my face? That’s my serious face. 😂 I promise we have plenty of laughs with our awesome clients during staging consultations. I just take this work really seriously.

A listing preparation consultation is about much more than furniture placement. During my most recent consultation, we identified:

✅ Loose plumbing fixtures
✅ Openings that needed to be sealed
✅ Landscaping concerns affecting the first impression
