In honor of the last few equestrian farms we’ve had the privilege of staging, we traded install days for saddle time. 🤍🐴

We’re usually in this area helping clients with Airbnb design and staging projects, so it was a nice change of pace to slow down and simply enjoy it with the kids.

Sometimes the best way to recharge is to step away from work and make memories in the places you usually only drive through.

I’m especially thankful for the friends who encourage us to rest, be present, and enjoy moments like these. Those reminders are a gift.

Back to helping our clients create spaces people love. 💜

✨ Just Staged | 5835 Lord Fairfax Hwy, Berryville, VA ✨

Did you know intimate, cozy homes are our absolute favorite to stage?In all seriousness, they are!💜

Maybe that’s why this one felt a little different for a change in pace as of late.

While we were working, the LARGEST yellow butterfly kept visiting us throughout the day. As the evening rolled in, the yard filled with fireflies . Rho and I smiled because it instantly reminded us of summer nights growing up in NY. We even called Remi over to watch them, and he was completely fascinated.

It made us realize how some of life’s simplest moments seem a little more rare these days. Kind of like hearing the ice cream truck in the distance. When you do, you’re reminded of a slower time, when life felt a little simpler.

That’s what we loved most about this home.

Not just the beautiful updates, the light-filled spaces, or the peaceful views from the deck, but the feeling that life could slow down here for a while.
