Coming Soon...and how it all began.

I like to call our little neck of the woods the "Perry Patch". Years before I ever knew I would live here, I would drive by and think--that little place could be so cute, it just needs something. 🤷♀️🤔
Little did I know that something would be me and my dreams and ideas.
Fast forward a few years, I married my husband Rick and that cute little place, (his home! imagine that 😉) became my playground. I came up with all kinds of projects inside and out. I kept him busy with my next great idea.🪚🛠🪴😜
I became a Master Gardener, and a few thousand pounds of rock and mulch later plus 30 or so trees, (not to mention all the plants and flowers 😉🌸🌺) I turned the property into a small park. Needless to say I love landscaping...and flowers!!! Did I mention I also have an affinity for all things butter and sugar...???🤷♀️🙄🧈🍥...
My love of baking started in my first Home-Ec class many moons ago. So much so that I became a licensed and inspected home baker. I'm addicted to baking. If it has flour (flower, get it? lol) and sugar I'm in. A touch of chocolate doesn't hurt either.🙌🍫
How can I marry these two loves together? Hmmmm....🌺🍫🍪🌺
BLOSSOM BAKERY!
I bake up delicious treats that often include flower designs. One thing that is very important to me and that I'm passionate about is the use of mostly organic ingredients. I make my own vanilla, and we even started raising our sweet little flock of laying hens fed only organic feed to use in all my baked goods. I care about what we put in our bodies.
