Featured Product of the Week: Simply Sentimental Stamp Set (170050)

Sometimes an old card design is just too good not to revisit!

I originally created this exact layout back in 2019, and when I was looking at the Simply Sentimental Stamp Set, I thought it would be perfect for a duplicate. Why reinvent the wheel when you already have a layout you love?

For today’s card, I:
* Stamped the images along the right side of the card.
* Added a 3/4-inch strip of DSP along the right side.
*Used Gray Granite Ribbon to separate the stamped area from the DSP.
*Finished it off with these adorable Adhesive-Backed Blooms.

Simple, clean and easy to recreate!

Other Products Used:
• Gray Granite Ribbon (167551)
• Adhesive-Backed Blooms (168198)
• Mixed Up Patterns DSP (166992) — LAST CHANCE!

Featured Product of the Week: Simply Sentimental Stamp Set (170050)

In deciding what I was going to create for this week’s posts, I looked through my stamp shelves and realized there was a set sitting there that I’ve had for a while but somehow had never featured.

Which is how you are only just now seeing the Simply Sentimental Stamp Set! 😂

Please tell me I’m not alone in having stamp sets sitting on the shelf, lonely and forgotten — for no reason other than being overlooked by all the other shiny, new products that keep finding their way into my craft room!

After that realization, I decided that even though we’re officially in full fall mode, this beautiful stamp set definitely deserved its moment in the spotlight.

Throughout the week, I’ll be pairing it with some of my favorite products that are now on the Last Chance list. So if you see something you love, you may want to grab it before it’s gone!

For today’s card, I:
*Stamped the large focal flower image and accented it with the coordinating shimmer brushes for a little extra sparkle.
*Added a hot-foiled leaf image to the Shimmering Stripes Specialty Paper for the background.
*Added a large bow with the Peaceful Pines Ribbon behind the focal image.
*Finished it with a Get Well sentiment and a few coordinating dots.

Other Products Used:
• Peaceful Pines Ribbon (167551)
• Classic Greetings Hot Foil Dies (170042)
• Botanical Glow Hot Foil Die (170056)

Featured Product of the Week: All Wrapped Up Suite (168490) 🎁

And we’re wrapping up the week with another non-Christmas card made with a holiday suite!

For today’s card, I started with one of the beautiful Specialty DSP patterns from the All Wrapped Up Suite as my background.

I stamped and colored some of the greenery images and placed them along the left side of the sentiment circle adding a few greenery die cuts in for some interest.

But something was still missing…

So I went digging through my stash and pulled out the flower images from the Lovely Arrangements stamp set. And honestly, I think they were just what this card needed!

Even better—Lovely Arrangements is now on the Last Chance List and is available at a discounted price! So if it’s been sitting on your wish list, now might be the time to take another look.

• Phrases & Frames Stamp Set (167581)
• Spotlight on Nature Dies (163580)

Featured Product of the Week: All Wrapped Up Suite (168490) 🎁

I started today’s card by stamping the background with one of the images from the All Wrapped Up stamp set using Gray Granite ink. Then I ran the cardstock through the Textured Tree Ring 3D Embossing Folder to add another layer of subtle texture.

For the focal point, I randomly stamped three different images onto four 1-1/2-inch squares. I arranged the smaller stamped pieces to create one larger focal image!

Now for my little ribbon hack…

I wanted to put some of the red and white ribbon behind the Anniversary sentiment, but the ribbon was just too wide for what I had in mind. So instead of abandoning the idea, I cut the ribbon vertically and pulled individual frayed pieces of the red stripes apart.

It gave me exactly the amount of texture and interest I wanted behind the sentiment without overwhelming the card.

Sometimes you just have to cut things up and make them work!

Featured Product of the Week: All Wrapped Up Suite (168490) 🎁

Well…this card took an unexpected turn!

Although it definitely was not intended to look patriotic when I started, it looks like that’s where it ended up.

I started with the Shimmering Stripes Specialty Paper for the background and then used images from one of my favorite things Stampin’ Up! does—creating DSP that you can simply die-cut and use!

I die-cut several of the images directly from the Specialty DSP and layered them over a strip of the red and white ribbon, which I positioned at a diagonal for a little more movement.

Everything sits underneath the sentiment, which I placed on a circle using my ever-reliable Spotlight on Nature Dies.

I really love how quickly a card can come together when the DSP does so much of the work for you!

Featured Product of the Week: All Wrapped Up Suite (168490) 🎁

Today’s card I kept the layout pretty straightforward, using a beautiful plaid pattern from the All Wrapped Up DSP along the bottom of the card. Across the top, I stamped and colored images from the stamp set to create a row of greenery around the sentiment.

As a separator, I added the Peaceful Pine Bordered Ribbon.

I love how a few well-placed elements can make a card feel finished without needing to keep adding more and more. Sometimes knowing when to stop is the hardest part!

Featured Product of the Week: All Wrapped Up Suite (168490) 🎁

I know the All Wrapped Up Suite was part of the Holiday catalog, probably with Christmas cards in mind...But none of my cards this week are Christmas cards!

I realized I was completely out of Anniversary cards and needed a few, so I used this suite to create them!

For today’s card, I used 1/2-inch strips of the Specialty DSP along the right and left sides of the card. In the center, I embossed a 3-1/4-inch piece of Two-Toned Secret Sea cardstock with the Textured Tree Ring 3D Embossing Folder. I lightly sanded the raised areas to let the white core show through, giving it a little extra texture and dimension.

I stamped several of the greenery images, colored with Stampin’ Blends and made a bouquet behind the large “Celebrate!” sentiment.

And because every bouquet needs a little something special, I tied the stems together with that adorable striped red and white ribbon from the suite.

Who says holiday products have to be used for holiday cards? Sometimes you just need to give yourself a little creative license!

🍂 Featured Product of the Week: Elegant Leaves Bundle (168303) 🍂

We’re wrapping up the week with one more card featuring the Elegant Leaves Bundle!

I started with a Cajun Craze foundation mat embossed with the Textured Tree Ring 3D Embossing Folder. On top of that, I used Crumb Cake cardstock stamped tone-on-tone with the detailed leaf images.

Using the same stamped images, I stamped and die-cut leaves in Old Olive, Golden Glow, and Timid Tiger, then gathered them together for a colorful fall focal point.

🍁 Featured Product of the Week: Elegant Leaves Bundle (168303) 🍁

More leaves… but this time with a little texture-on-texture!

I embossed the background with the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder, then created a focal strip down the center using the leaves embossing folder from the Seasonal Cheer Embossing Folders.

I added Calypso Coral Bordered Ribbon along the top and bottom of the focal strip to frame it, then layered die-cut leaves in beautiful fall colors right over the embossed leaves.

And because sometimes you don’t need a lot of words, I finished it off with a simple “hello” sentiment in the corner.

🍂 Featured Product of the Week: Elegant Leaves Bundle (168303) 🍂

I think sometimes we forget that simple can still make a statement.

For today’s card, I stamped the detailed leaves around the perimeter of the card before running it through the Textured Tree Ring 3D Embossing Folder. The embossing adds just enough texture to make those stamped leaves really stand out.

For the sentiment, I used the smallest rectangle from the Nested Essentials Dies, matted it in Blackberry Bliss, and added a little Linen Thread and a few Glossy Garden Dots for the finishing touches.

No complicated techniques. No fussy layers. Just a few simple elements that work together.

• Linen Thread (104199)
