This post has been sitting in my drafts for a while because it’s such a hard one to write. After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to close Red House Florals as a business. 🥹
I started this account eight years ago just for fun, sharing what I was growing and creating. About five years ago it turned into a business, and it’s been such a special chapter. I’ve loved every wedding I’ve gotten to be part of, every bouquet that went out the door, and every person I met at markets. 💐
But somewhere along the way, I realized I had lost a bit of the simple love for growing that started all of this. Turning something you love into work can do that sometimes.
So, I’m taking a step back. Red House will go back to being what it was in the beginning — a garden, a creative space, and a place to share what’s growing here. 🌿
Thank you for following along all these years and for supporting me in so many ways. This community means more to me than I can ever say. 💖

I’ve been radio silent in the lead up to this spring! Life has been life-ing 🤣 and my focus was definitely pulled in different directions. Now that we are inching ever closer to the season start I wanted to update you all on what you can expect from RHF this season:

💐bouquet subscriptions (summer and taste of local) are up and available on my website. Spring subscriptions may be available later as I get an idea of what flowers I have blooming.
💐Luster Friday Flowers-returning on May 2nd! You will be able to grab a gorgeous bouquet to brighten your weekend. Luster is located inside the market hall at the Van Aken district. Thrilled to be able to partner with them again this season 🥰
💐 and I will be back in Chagrin Falls at the North Union farmers market each Sunday beginning in June. We will bring the very best local blooms for you to shop! Come enjoy one of the best farmers markets in the area!
