How long does it take to obtain an item?

This can depend on what you're wanting to purchase. If it is something we currently have made and on hand, we can meet you quickly. If you are having something built it can take at least up to 6 weeks from the date of order detail confirmation and/or deposit, if applicable. We will confirm the timeline with you before confirming your order. If you are on a timeline for the item please inquire with

us to find out the current expectancy date of completion. How do I get my items? We do not ship items. We are located in Henry County, GA. If you would like to purchase something from Bill The Builder we are willing to meet you in the Henry County area at a time that works for both your and our schedule. If you live outside of the area inquire with us, first, and we may be able to meet you somewhere between you and us. We're happy to accommodate when we can! I live outside the state of GA / outside of the USA, how can I get my items? We are located in Henry County, GA and we do not ship items. We will, however, make an exception for anyone living in a fabulous place we'd love to visit. We can, at your expense, of course, hand deliver any built item to you if you live in places such as, but not limited to: Paris, Australia, The Caribbean in general, Disneyland/Disneyworld, NYC, Forks - Washington, and absolutely any location within Italy, etc. Inquire with us before placing an order. Customized Items:
If you choose to order something from Bill The Builder that is customized in any way we will require a 50% deposit to start the work. Once the items are obtained to start building this will not be refundable. This includes but is not limited to: specific team logo's, names, dates, colors, etc. If a deposit is required we will notify you before confirming your order. Payment Info:
We accept Venmo, CashApp, PayPal. On occasion we will accept cash when we meet.
