Hello, everyone! Following up to our last update, we wanted to let everyone know that we will be temporarily closing our books for the foreseeable future.
This business has been something I (Emily) have wanted to do for years, but the timing of where we are in our lives as a family is not allowing us to truly give it our all. We found out we were pregnant with our daughter Quinn literally the day after we purchased the LLC, which was…unexpected. Lol. The best unexpected blessing though.
Our daughter Keira is entering her sophomore year in the fall, our son Collin is starting Pre-K3 in the fall, and Quinn is honestly just too cute, and I want to stare at her all the time. 🥹 With having a third kiddo in the mix now, we have had to begin some major home projects so that all the kids can have their own space as well as a larger play area. Josh has been hard at work building a fourth bedroom in our second story and still has to add in another bathroom and playroom. Between all of this and our full time jobs (which we love and don’t plan on leaving our fields anytime soon), we simply don’t have the time to commit to the business. I have some new and exciting things coming up with my job specifically (peep my personal page if you’d like in on that), and we want free time to be spent with our kids and the rest of our family.
We’re going to keep the business in good standing and revisit when the kids are older. We wanted to thank every one of you who trusted us to bring your projects to life, shared a post, or even liked/followed our page. My goal was to help you create spaces that you feel are yours, spaces you love to be in and can relax in, which is something I’ve only just begun to experience after feeling like I was temporarily living for my entire life. We’ve achieved that goal with our clients.
We are finishing up our final project this weekend, and to say I’m excited is an understatement. Until next time! 🥰💕 We will be back. 💕
