Just wrapped up a beautiful transformation in North Andover! We took an underutilized 3-season porch and turned it into a warm, inviting living room that feels like it’s always been part of the home. We feel incredibly lucky to have Alison not just as a neighbor in Medford, but as a true partner during our recent home renovation in 2025. Over the past 10 years, we’ve worked with many professionals and teams on our current home (fences, deck, bathrooms et al)—but Alison stands head and shoulders above the rest in terms of quality, speed, CREATIVITY and communication.

She helped us with a very creativity design of moving our entrance from a falling porch on the side, to a beautiful front entrance, a full lighting renovation (less than 4 weeks), and from start to finish, everything was handled with exceptional care, thoughtfulness and precision. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and the lighting work completely transformed the feel of our front entrance—elegant, modern, and flawlessly executed.

But what really set this experience apart was the thoughtful surprise we came home to after spring break in April 2025. Alison and her team didn’t just finish the work—they went the extra miles: they cleaned the house, turned on all the new lighting to showcase the transformation, and even placed a beautiful floral arrangement on the front staircase. It felt like walking into a reveal on one of those home makeover shows—warm, glowing, and welcoming.

Alison’s communication throughout was proactive, cheerful, clear, and genuinely supportive. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, made smart/thoughtful suggestions, and ensured the entire process was smooth and stress-free for us!

If you ever get the chance to work with Alison, take it without hesitation. She’s hands-down the best person we’ve worked with in a decade!!
