Another finished basement is officially in the books! We just wrapped up this transformation over in Medford, MA and love how it turned out!

We took what was a underutilized basement space and turned it into a brand-new, inviting bedroom. This wasn't just a cosmetic update -- we added a new egress window for safety and natural light, a walk-in closet, and a full on-suite bathroom.

Projects like this are great because they give the family more usable square footage to enjoy right now, while also significantly boosting the home's resale value down the road.

It's always a special feeling when a big project officially crosses the finish line. And I’m really excited to share this first-floor renovation with you all!!!

For the base, we installed prefinished white oak hardwood flooring and chose Cloud Cover by for the walls -- creating such a fresh and neutral vibe.

But the lighting really made this space feel super special. Lighting isn't just about functionality, but by layering lighting you create an atmosphere. We installed this large, hand-woven tiered rattan chandelier over the dining area to bring in some texture and warmth. Then to add a bit of luxury, we flanked the TV with beautiful natural Spanish marble sconces with alabaster shades.

It all came together to create a space that feels incredibly inviting. 💪

"Lighting is the jewelry of the home" ✨

In this kitchen remodel, we added these beautiful brass Botanist Cloche Pendants from over the peninsula. We chose a clear glass design so they wouldn’t block the sightline and to keep the room feeling large and open while adding a modern, warm touch to this classic colonial home. It's these little details that really pull a design together!

Out with the old, in with the new! Check out how we took this outdated bathroom down to the studs and transformed it into a modern oasis. Together we designed a new layout using some under utilized hallway space to expand this bathroom, allowing for a new double vanity and that sleek glass walk-in shower with the herringbone tile floor!

Who says white kitchens are boring? 🙄 This timeless space, designed and built by FiveTen, proves otherwise.

We paired classic white shaker cabinets from with Calacatta Extreme Gold Quartz for the counters and backsplash from . To warm things up and modernize the look, we added brass accents and a sleek faucet.

Beyond looking great, the layout was optimized to maximize counter space and keep foot traffic flowing perfectly—because let's face it, the kitchen is always where everyone gathers!

We are thrilled with how this modern warm rustic bathroom came together. We handled both the design and the build from start to finish.

A few highlights from the space:
- Two-toned shower tile setup
- Warm wood vanity paired with a durable quartz countertop
- Brass accents throughout
- Large-format floor tiles (which means way less grout to clean)

We love helping out clients love their homes again! We recently wrapped up this project in and we are thrilled with how bright and welcoming it turned out.

Originally, this space was awkwardly divided into a separate dining and living room, which created a ton of furniture layout obstacles for this large family. They struggled to find a furniture arrangement that actually worked because of the segmented space and lack of blank walls.

The Solution: We opened it all up! We removed the divider to create one seamless, open-concept space that the whole family can actually enjoy together.

To bring the room to life, we:
✅️ Added gorgeous new sconces flanking the fireplace for a touch of luxury accent lighting
✅️ Upgraded the rest of the outdated light fixtures
✅️ Removed the dated chair rail molding for a cleaner look
✅️ Finished it off with a fresh coat of paint to really brighten the space up
