HOW MANY PEPPERS DID WE PICK? A lot.
Like thousands. They are still turning and we only pick them when they are RED… all grown organically here in Memphis. You can’t buy our peppers commercially anywhere in the US… so rather than succumb to a lesser variety, we grow them! All pepper jelly is not created equal. 😏
