For those who have been asking...

Yes, the shop is open again. 🤍

I simply needed a little time to organize the many details involved in preparing for a move. Between appointments, paperwork, packing, and planning for the next chapter, I had to take a brief pause to catch my breath and get everything in order.

The good news is that I have temporarily reopened the shop.

Until our Arizona home closes and the movers arrive, EVERYTHING is on sale—including my Farrisilk inventory, designer ribbon, florals, picks, sprays, ornaments, and more.

This will likely be the final opportunity to shop my Arizona inventory before it is packed away.

I’ve learned that life feels most overwhelming when I rush ahead of God or try to force my own pace. Walking in step with the Spirit requires slowing down, listening, and trusting God’s timing over my own urgency. When I follow His lead instead of my own impulses, I experience peace and clarity that
can only come from Him.

There have been seasons when I worked hard, pushed forward, and still felt empty or unsettled. God has taught me that effort alone is never the answer — His presence is. When I invite Him into the foundation of my life, my work, and my plans, everything changes. This verse reminds me that lasting fruit only comes when God is the One doing the building.

TODAY is the final day.

After years of collecting designer ribbon, florals, picks, sprays, ornaments, and seasonal décor, this chapter is coming to an end.

As I prepare for a major move and a new season of life, I simply cannot take it all with me. Many of these items have already found new homes with local wreath makers, schools, and designers, but there is still beautiful inventory available through the end of today.

Sometimes you just need to create.

While tearing down and packing up my flower wall the other day, I was feeling all the emotions.

It was difficult watching so many beautiful florals leave after years of collecting, designing, teaching, and creating. As I stood there surrounded by bins, memories, and the reality of this season of change, I needed a break.

So I did what I've always done when life feels overwhelming.

I created.

Using flowers from the wall I was taking down, I made these six centerpieces. They won't be staying with me. Instead, they will be gifted to a local care home in the hope that they bring a little color, joy, and encouragement to someone else's day.

As hard as this transition has been, it reminded me of something important:

Beauty was never meant to stay on a shelf. It was meant to be shared.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
Jeremiah 29:11

There’s a strange feeling that comes with packing up pieces of a life you built for years.

Some of these ribbons and florals were chosen with excitement and huge dreams. Some became customer favorites. Some sat waiting for the “perfect” project.

Life is shifting, and I simply can’t move all of it with me.

Saturday is the final day of the inventory sale, and once these pieces are gone, they’re gone.

There have been times when I longed for clear direction and worried about making the wrong choice. Over time, God has taught me that He is faithful to guide me when I listen and trust Him. His voice doesn’t always come loudly, but it is steady and sure. This verse reminds me that I don’t walk through decisions alone — God lovingly directs each step when I remain attentive to Him.

There have been moments when I wondered whether the work I was doing truly mattered. God has gently reminded me that when my efforts are offered to Him, nothing is wasted. This verse reassures me that God sees the work done in faith — even the unseen, uncelebrated parts. I trust Him to establish what my hands create when my heart remains surrendered to Him.
