A fundraiser doesn’t always need more products.

Sometimes it just needs a better offer.

If you’re already selling a shirt, think about what small item could make that purchase feel more complete:

Shirt + sticker
Shirt + decal
Shirt + hat
Shirt + supporter item

Then take it one step further and give people options:

Supporter Bundle
Family Bundle
Game Day Bundle
Club Pack

The goal isn’t to stuff random things together.

The goal is to make supporting your group feel easy, valuable, and worth saying yes to.

And here’s the part people forget…

Different supporters will spend at different levels.

So instead of asking everyone to buy the same thing, give them a few intentional ways to support you.

That’s how you start thinking beyond “What can we sell?” and start building a fundraiser with actual strategy behind it.

You said you were going to do it.

Start the business.
Launch the idea.
Raise the price.
Build the website.
Send the email.
Make the call.
Post the damn thing.

At some point, “I’m working on it” becomes another way of saying I’m scared to actually do it.

You can spend another six months researching, tweaking, planning and waiting until you feel 100% ready.

Or you can accept that you probably won’t feel ready — and do it anyway.

Your business doesn’t need another promise from you.
It needs you to follow through on the last one.

And if the part holding you back is figuring out how to actually bring the brand together — you don’t have to figure that part out alone.

It doesn’t have to be complicated.
You bring me the idea. We’ll figure out the rest together.

School fundraising doesn’t have to mean picking ONE thing to sell and hoping everyone buys it. 👀

Start thinking bigger:

How many different ways can we give people a reason to support us?

Parents. Grandparents. Students. Alumni. Local businesses. Your community.

Different people will support you in different ways.

That’s where the opportunity is. 💰

That doesn’t mean embroidery is always the right choice. Sometimes print makes way more sense.

But if you’re trying to make your business look established, polished and a little more premium? A good embroidered hat or polo can do a LOT of heavy lifting.

And this is where I think small businesses sometimes get branding wrong:

It’s not about slapping your logo on everything you can find.

It’s about choosing the products + decoration method that make sense for how you want your business to be perceived.

Construction company? Embroidered hats can instantly make the crew look more put together.

Realtor or service business? A clean embroidered polo can feel completely different than a printed tee.

Fun event merch? Give me the printed tee all day.

Same logo. Different application. Completely different feeling.

That’s the stuff I want you thinking about when you’re building your brand.
