And that’s a wrap on the Mesa master bathroom remodel! 🎬

This sweet couple was aging-in-place (a fancy way of saying growing old in your current home) and needed to revamp the safety and functionality of their bathroom. A drop-in tub and tights corners to navigate? Gotta go. 🙅‍♀️

So we streamlined the layout, designed a walk-in shower and added plenty of grab bars for safety. The result? Well…a video is worth a thousand words 👏

🎥 Before + After: a stunning case study on creating ambience and coziness with a paint color. My jaw was on the floor when I received the “after” photos! This is such a good example of the power of paint. Shannon had a clear vision for her new home and called me in to help select the perfect shade of paint.

Sharing some beautiful photos (thanks ) of my own home 🏠

This project launched my love for interior design & was the reason I became a Certified True Color Expert 🫶

I knew when we purchased this house the kitchen would need some TLC. We kept the countertops, painted the cabinets, got rid of all the upper cabinets in lieu of open shelving & added a statement range hood.

Before I invested in a color consultation with I was dead-set on a trendy mushroom-colored cabinet aka beige 🍄‍🟫

My husband is color blind soooo most beiges look pink to him 😅 I couldn’t make the poor guy live in a “pink” kitchen, so when Maria suggested a bold, deep green-blue I was VERY hesitant at first. BUT, once I got the sample up we both fell in love 🤍

Long story short: invest in professional color advice whenever possible! If your home needs a little TLC too, send me a message. I’m here to help 🤗

If you’ve been following my stories, you’ll know that I have the incredible honor of helping my sweet grandpa remodel his bathroom. Swipe through to see his wishlist, current flooring and an initial design concept for the new flooring. Once the new flooring is chosen, we can solidify the rest of the design plan ✨

🔑 A MAJOR key to a successful remodel is to avoid the look of “yesterday and today”. I always aim to create a space that looks like it could’ve been installed at the same time as the rest of the house while still updating the look and feel. Not an easy feat, but can totally be accomplished with a well thought out plan!
