Julie's Hot Glass I made and sold custom fused glass in Hawaii with tropical designs since I started Julie's Hot Glass in 2009. I taught at Hickam Air Base & at my home also.

I am now in Florida making my bright tropical glass with a little southern design. I am located in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. I make custom fuses glass for the home. I use sheet glass by cutting and grinding designs and firing it in my kiln. Many of my items have tropical theme. I make military farewell gifts, convention gifts, lighting, ornaments, cabinet glass insert, dish ware and art. I love to experiment with glass and often introduce a new style into my tropical collection.

I will be participating in two shows in December in northern Virginia so I am working on dogwoods, cardinals & wine related designs for them.

I took a 4 wk pottery slab class with a friend. We had a new project each week & these are 2 cups I just finished.

I'm loving 💖 my new shade! It draped too tight to the mold 😬 so now with 🤞 I will reheat just enough to reach into my 🔥 kiln and pull the mold from the glass without distorting it's wonderful drape shape.
