We’re so busy and caught up in our stressful lives. I always feel like I need to be on the run, fix things all the time, be productive 24/7. If you relate, I invite you to pause and take a deep breath 😮‍💨 everything will get done in due time, and so much more happens when we pause and give ourselves a moment. So get grounded, take some deep breathes and imagine a space that helps you feel calm.
