Who doesn’t love some free quilt patterns?My 2026 Sawtooth Star Sampler Block of the month starts next week!
I know short notice but we are kicking off the 9 month long sew along with fabric requirements and setting instructions first!
You have time! 2 blocks will be release every month after starting in February through September!

Last night at my local quilt guild we had to display and share our yearly challenge quilt… this year’s challenge was the Churn Dash block … out of about 50 quilts … my bright modern version got 1st place!!!

I was so humbled and shocked and super proud… there were so many amazing quilts on display and they were all winners in my book! I used Bella Bright solids as my main inspiration!

Highlight of my day yesterday was getting to meet this amazing Mother Daughter dynamic quilting duo! (And one of many reason I attended Quilting Market)

Why? They are my quilting therapy inspiration … as a started my quilting journey and working as a nurse in a busy ED during a pandemic … I couldn’t wait to get in my car or behind my machine and listen to their amazing podcast to leave the world’s troubles behind.

Hearing them talk about their amazing relationship with their longarm quilters drove me to start my business and have that relationship with all my clients. A personal one. One of trust and encouragement.

If you ever get the chance to meet them or listen to them … do not pass it up! They are amazing women, quilters and mothers. I could have talked to them all day about those things and learned sew much!

Thank you for all you do to inspire and love the quilting family!

Such an educational day yesterday! I got to sit in on sessions with some of my favs.. It was full of trunk shows, up coming lines I wanna start carrying and lots of ways for me to bring y’all new quilting and sewing education! You know I love my bags so being able to listen to and was a highlight!

My husband found this cute little vintage sewing machine while we were browsing some antique shops today for me! She works perfectly and is in amazing condition! Sew excited to make some cute things on her! I will name her Clover!
