A few words about our soups at Dale's,

Over the course of the past few years, we serve or have served all of these soups.

The ideas for these soups have come from suggestions from our customers, from articles, from combining recipes of several different soups, and sometimes, a combination of all of these. Sometimes it takes us months to finally bring a soup to its final stage of where we feel it is the best we can make it.

Concerning the ingredients that we use in our soups. You may find that you would prefer to use more or less, or eliminate entirely, or use substitutions for some of the seasonings
The same can be said for some of the vegetables or meats that we use. You may have personal preferences or dislikes, or you may be missing a vegetable or two for a soup. We would like to encourage you to experiment and use what ingredients you have available or what your family enjoys most.
