HAY HELP! Central Oregon folks, we have nearly 1000 bales of hay ready to be picked up out of the field and we need help! We have tasks for strong and not-so-strong people. Are you willing? Do you know someone who might be?
We plan to get one or two loads up this evening, then keep going with the effort through the weekend. When can you help? We have the truck, the trailer, the driver, drinks, and snacks!

By the Grace of God, today I reach a milestone which was once inconceivable to me. One day at a time, I have reached 18 years of sobriety. I am grateful to God, AA, David Thompson, Dave Coffey, my Overcomers Outreach group members, my church, and Shellie Henderson for getting me through the hard part (🤣).

Creating beauty from the earth

I’ve always loved rocks! I collected rocks as long as I can remember. I got my first Opal as a teenager from a boyfriend and was amazed with the incredible play of color. I have brought rocks home from every country and place I have traveled - except Hawaii - Pele doesn’t like it when you take pieces of her Islands. I will continue to respect her wishes. In November 2018 I decided to start to tumble rocks. That quickly turned into wire wrapping them for Christmas presents. By January 1st, I was importing raw opal from Lightning Ridge in Australia! I purchased my CabKing cabbing machine and started making the beauties you see above, and the many of the stones I currently wrap! I have retired from my job as a drug and alcohol counselor and am now enjoying my self imposed isolation with my husband, dog, two horses, cat and six chickens in Redmond, Oregon while enjoying cutting rock and wrapping stones. I truly hope you enjoy browsing my page and please feel free to contact me if you find something you wish to purchase. I also do commissioned pieces. If you have a special stone you wish wrapped, or even cut and wrapped, please contact me!
