The 103rd Annual Minerva Homecoming returns June 10th through June 13th with four days of fun, entertainment, food, music, and community festivities in downtown Minerva!

Please note a couple of changes this year. Due to the community building not being operable as it has been in years past, vendor spaces will now be set up similarly to Oktoberfest-style arrangements throughout the beer garden area and surrounding event spaces.

This will be a four-day event, and vendor space pricing and registration information are now available. If you are interested in becoming a vendor during this year’s Homecoming celebration, please contact the Minerva Area Chamber of Commerce for a vendor form., 330-868-7979 or [email protected] Forms are also attached above.

This is new territory for us as we adapt and work through the logistics of this four-day extravaganza, so we appreciate everyone’s patience and support as we work out the kinks. We’re excited for another great Homecoming and look forward to seeing everyone in June!

Nights on North Market return to downtown Minerva, Friday, May 8, with live music, art, food and drink, and shopping.

The Market Street Art Spot will host a reception, 5-9 p.m., featuring “Paints and Threads,” the work of Karen Gazdik and Brenda Henning, live music by Stephanie Burns, and light refreshments.

West High Street, between North Market and Main streets, will be the site of a popup pocket park for the evening with live music, 6-9 p.m., from Finding Sparky, playing classic rock and blues. There will also be a bounce house, games, crafters, vendors, local organizations, and more.

Shops open in and around downtown will include Chic Haven Boutique, Vintage Home and Market Street Mercantile, Scully’s, and the Minerva Area Historical Society’s Haas Museum, 6-8 p.m.

The Clever Cookie & Creamery, Walker's Cafe, and The Komfort Zone will be open late. The Wagler Farms barbecue food truck will also be on High Street.

The village’s Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area will be in effect 11 a.m.-10 p.m., and DORA beverages may be purchased at Sandy Springs Brewing Company, Que Pasa Mexican Restaurant, Tipsy Teller Urban Winery, Stoney Inn, and the Normandy Inn and carried throughout the downtown area.
