Sometimes you have to go back to your roots and remember where it all started.

This was one of the first items I recall grilling and was a staple in college life when friends/neighbors came over. Just burn them up a bit on the gasser and slap them on a bun that was more expensive than the actual meat.

Will make it up to the family tomorrow with a bit of surf and turf.

The Traeger Grills Ranger and Smokey Woods BBQ Ultimate Blend pellets made this an super simple cook.

Wild caught salmon was hit with a coat of Heath Riles BBQ Simple Citrus and smoked to 140*. After it cooled down it was added to a bowl and combined to create a perfect smoked salmon dip. Late night snacks tonight and brunch dip tomorrow.
