2023 reflections..

2023 has been a mother fu**er ..
In the past 12 months I was diagnosed with stage 3 head neck and throat cancer, stage 1colin, cancer stage 1 esophageal Cancer.

After my third PET scan they are telling me that I am cancer free.
I have residual side effects due to the chemotherapy and radiation treatments and I'm learning how to navigate new territory..

I would not have been able to do this without your help..
Thank you to everyone.
Old friends, new friends, family, enemies and acquaintances..
Everyone has helped me in the past year..
My heart is full.
My body has been broken but it will heal in time.

Head neck and throat cancer treatment is a mother fu**er, I could not have gotten through it alone.
Thank you for everything!

2024 is going to be fu***ng awesome!!
