Nordic Ware is a family-owned, American manufacturer of kitchenware products that was founded in 1946. For more than 75 years, this local company has manufactured and marketed an extensive line of quality cookware, bakeware, microwave and barbecue products and specialty kitchenware that is dist

ributed worldwide. Nordic Ware's first products were ethnic bakeware products such as rosette irons, Ebleskiver pans and krumkake irons. Today, Nordic Ware is best known for its trademarked Bundt® pan. There are nearly 60 million Bundt® pans in use in kitchens across America and, in recognition of its 60th anniversary, the Bundt® pan was given American icon status in the Smithsonian Institution. Nordic Ware is also a pioneer in microwave cookware and the microwave product line now includes more than 50 microwave accessories. Today, two out of three American households own and use Nordic Ware products. The Nordic Ware Factory Store is adjacent to Nordic Ware’s St. Louis Park corporate headquarters and factory location at the intersection of Highways 100 and 7. The store is frequented by home cooks, chefs and restaurant owners and features first quality cookware and bakeware, microwave and barbeque products and kitchen tools and accessories as well as factory close-outs and irregulars. The store is located at 4925 Highway 7 in St. Louis Park, 952-924-9672. The store is home to a contemporary demonstration kitchen where Nordic Ware holds cooking and baking classes. In the twice-monthly evening classes, local chefs and experienced cooking instructors teach cooking and baking techniques and sample delicious recipes. Crepes are light, airy, and endlessly versatile, perfect for breakfast, brunch, dinner or dessert. Mostly made with simple pantry ingredients, you can customize them any way you want!

Cost: $40.00 per person plus tax, samples and take-home recipes included. Guests will also receive a 15% discount on regular-priced, Nordic Ware brand products purchased in the store the evening of the class. Classes are demonstration style and limited to 22 people. Reservations and payment accepted by telephone only.
