It’s been a wild weekend in the Flickertail Funk kitchen. Yesterday, we processed massive mega batches of all three of your favorite staple sauces to keep up with demand.

🌶️ It isn’t always about hot sauce around here!

Flickertail Funk is more than just a condiment—it’s an ingredient. 🔥 Today, we used the Wifey Reserve brine to whip up a killer mustard/tartar sauce combo (honestly, not sure what you’d officially call it, but it’s delicious!).

The recipe is super simple:
✨ Wifey Reserve brine
✨ Capers
✨ Spicy mustard
✨ Olive oil
✨ Garlic powder

This came out absolutely amazing on the fish, but it would be just as good as a salad dressing, a chicken marinade, or drizzled over fresh veggies. 🐟🥗🍗

On this Memorial Day, we bow our heads in profound gratitude and remembrance. We honor the courageous men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our nation. They left behind families, dreams, and futures so that we may live in freedom. Their bravery is our shield, and their memory is our light.

Today, we also hold in our thoughts the heroes still serving across the globe—those who continue to stand on the line, defending the values we hold dear. We thank you and your families for your ongoing sacrifice and dedication.
