There’s something about starting the day with a morning walk that just feels different even when feeling under the weather☀️🚶‍♀️

Good morning! ☀️

I’ve been trying something a little different lately.

Instead of rushing into work and jumping straight into the day, I’m getting there early and going for a walk. 🚶‍♀️

It gives me a little time to clear my head, get some movement in, and start the day feeling like I actually had a moment for myself.

I’m realizing that sometimes making a change doesn’t have to be huge. Even 15 minutes can make a difference. ❤️

Now if I can just convince myself that getting up earlier is a good idea… 😂
