Tired of the same old same old every weekend??!!?
Try something new!
A beginner’s knife‑making class is basically Hogwarts for people who prefer steel over spells. You start with a humble chunk of metal that looks like it lost a fight with a lawnmower, and by the end you’ve transformed it into a knife so impressive you’ll want to introduce it to people like it’s your new pet.
You’ll learn all the essentials—shaping, grinding, heat‑treating—aka “the sacred arts of making metal behave.” It’s loud, it’s hands‑on, and it’s the only place where hitting something with a hammer is considered both productive and encouraged.
And don’t worry if you’ve never forged anything before. Most beginners show up not knowing the difference between annealing and… well, anything. By the time you leave, you’ll have a shiny new blade and a newfound confidence that says, “Yes, I can absolutely make things that could theoretically slice a tomato.”
It’s creative, it’s empowering, and it’s the most fun you can have while wearing safety goggles.
$200/person ($40 to book, remainder due day of class).
