Well wishes on this beautiful Wednesday ☀️💕

I haven't been able to get out much this past week due to my recent surgery, but I made a promise to myself to get the kids outside as much as possible during these warm months. Whether it be visiting my grandparents pool, attending local festivals and fairs, taking them to various parks and nature reserves, or even just sitting out on the porch to watch them play. 💛

I know I love the nostalgia I feel when a warm summer breeze comes through, or the smell of a neighbor having a barbeque, or the distant sound of children laughing while they play in the back yard. Those pleasant memories of being carefree with no restraints, the inner peace of having no responsibility, and the ability to just be, really help me reconnect to the simple, vulnerable parts of myself that I sometimes forget are still there. We are more than our jobs, our duties, and our money. We have authentic souls that need nurturing and love, each individually in complex ways. Set aside the time to tend to those parts of yourself, and appreciate the things that make you, you. 💕

Rosebud, jasmine petals, rosemary, fennel, motherwort, eucalyptus leaf, lemon balm, cinnamon, lavender, basil, pink Himalayan salt, black salt.
Crystals:
Opal, rose quartz, Garnet, howlite, ametrine, jade, and amethyst.

My home has been attracting these beautiful white moths the last few days. I unfortunately found two that had passed away in my bedroom earlier today. And now these two are paying me a visit.
In some cultures, white moths represent death and ill will, which brings me a small sense of anxiety. But they can also represent clarity, purity, and signs of new beginnings, which I'd like to think is the case here.
Or, more realistically, they just needed a safe space to rest, and I'd be happy with that too. 🤍
