My Girl!! 🥹😘😍

Haven has been making incredible strides lately. Recently, she had the amazing opportunity to go on an aerospace and aviation trip to Disney, where she dove deep into the world of physics. We even visited Embry-Riddle, the leading aerospace and aviation college!

On top of that, she’s been on the honor roll all year and was chosen to recite the academic pledge at her school this semester! Being apart of the the aerospace magnet program at her school has been a very good challenge and her commitment to it has been inspiring!

Haven has also decided to give her life to Christ and has developed into an amazing distance runner! It’s hard to believe she’s already 12, each day I am in awe of her amazingness.

Reflecting on the past six years, I never imagined the incredible gift God was placing in my hands when He blessed me with her. I’ve transitioned from Auntie to Momtie to Mama, and I’m endlessly grateful for this amazing kid. I feel so blessed that God has entrusted her to me.

Drop some flowers for my girl! 🥹❤️🙏🏽
Who knows? One day, she might be your pilot or the women who helped to keep the plane in the sky!

I don’t come home often, or for a long time, but when I do.. I always do my best to make time for those whom I cherish most!

Donshon Wilson Your love, mentorship, and guidance has shaped me into the woman I am today. From Shaw High to Alabama State University, you believed in me! You pushed me to become more, dream harder and NEVER SETTLE!

Spending time with the WHS band members was such a joy! I truly enjoyed every moment. Speaking to our youth, giving them encouragement, and reminding myself that not too long along, I sat where they were!

These moments I hold so near to my heart. Dad, thank you, for staying the course and continuing to set the bar high!

Today this mamas heart is heavy! These 2 are off to start an amazing year of learning, laughter, and growth!

I cannot believe that my girl is starting Middle school and the little guy is starting Pre-K!
God please cover these kiddos, their teachers, school administrators, and friends this year!

Time truly does not wait and I could not be more grateful for each day with my little heart beats!

Today was truly a proud Momtie Moment! My girl placed 2nd in her school group in today’s 5K run! I felt proud to cross the finish line with her! These girls worked hard this season, I could not be more proud!
