A home's interior spaces should reflect the personalities of the people who live there. My job is to help you decide how you want your home to look, and then make it happen! Rule number two: Renovating and redecorating should be enjoyable and exciting. I will relieve you of all of the potential stress and mis-steps that sometimes go along with taking on a project without guidance and assistance. While working on my Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, I spent time studying in Europe. Visiting the manor houses, castles, and the pied à terres of Paris fueled my passion for interior design. After years of staying at home raising our children, enjoying decorating (and re-decorating) my own home, as well as helping my friends with their decorating dilemmas, I was encouraged to start my own business. Since 2006, I have enjoyed working on a wide variety of projects with a diverse clientele -- from new home construction, to renovating investment houses for resale, to small business offices, and, of course, decorating private residences of all sizes. The most satisfying part of this is that my clients maintain a long-standing business relationship with me, continuing to retain my services over the years.

Who wouldn't love to be welcomed home by this cheery little mudroom? Made happy with a fantastic Thibaut wall covering and given a little warm hug with a golden toned sisal rug and the perfect Hunter Douglas Provenance woven wood shade!

The constant rearranging of my bedroom may have been a clue.

...but maybe the constant rearranging of my room was some sort of clue.

Curate your room-every piece of furniture in a room should never all come from the same store!

47 seconds of watching the sun rise over the ridge this morning. I love working in Maine, but it's time to go back to the Jersey office. Fortunately we are about to start a home renovation for clients in New Hampshire, so we'll be back soon!

This week our work took us to coastal Maine where we recently installed Hunter Douglas shutters for our clients. This house is a lesson in minimalistic comfort chic, and the clean look of these shutters was the perfect way to provide privacy and light control while keeping the aesthetic. Wait, how did that lobster roll get in there?!

Step by step guide on how to kidnap an interior designer (and her project manager): no ransom needed, just let us keep the samples 🤝🤫

Sometimes the projects you’ve waited the longest for have the most rewarding impact! This primary bath was original to the house and needed to be updated for both utility and aesthetics.

A tub that was difficult to access and never used was replaced with a soaking tub that is both functional and beautiful, while giving valuable square footage back to the space. The shower was expanded, and beautiful storage was added with custom cabinetry by Bertch Cabinet, LLC.

The walls are wrapped in a gorgeous textured vinyl from Phillip Jeffries, bringing warmth and dimension to the space. Warm gold fixtures and a stunning statement light fixture complete the design, creating a bathroom that feels both elevated and inviting ✨

Same room. Completely different story. 🥃

What was once a formal dining room is now a wh***ey room designed for slow evenings, great conversations, and timeless style. Every detail was chosen to create a space that’s as inviting as it is unforgettable.

Sometimes the best renovations aren’t about adding square footage, they’re about creating a space that truly fits the way you live.
