Designing a home with continuity in mind changes everything about how a space feels.

For the UND President & First Family’s home, we carried warm wood tones, deep blues, and classic detailing throughout each room to create a sense of flow. From the tailored millwork and leather seating to the plaid textiles and statement wallpaper, the home feels collected, timeless, and welcoming without feeling overly formal.

A friendly reminder that functional doesn't have to mean boring. 💙

This laundry room was designed to work hard for everyday life while still feeling bold, layered, and intentionally styled. Custom cabinetry and built-in storage keep the space organized, while the deep blue cabinetry, graphic wallpaper, and warm brass hardware bring in personality and contrast.

Utility spaces are often overlooked, but giving them the same level of attention as the rest of the home makes all the difference.

For The View on University, we designed the shared spaces to feel like a natural extension of home. Comfortable, welcoming, and easy to settle into.

We layered in durable materials, texture, and moments of color to bring warmth and energy, while playful artwork added personality throughout.
