I’ve been quit on here sense the sickness ran through our house. 😝 Jack had a double ear infection, then we found out he is allergic to amoxicillin, then I came down with a nasty cough that still hasent gone completely away. BUT here is some amazing banana bread muffins that Jack loves for an after school snack. Usually with lemonade that I make. It’s cheaper and I can control sugar and it’s super easy to make. I leave the walnuts out of his.

The Bundt pans make the best single serve desserts. Pictured here is lemon pound cake that is cooling on the stackable cooling wracks before getting its final lemon glaze. (also pictured is sandwich bread. I am upgrading myself to the stoneware bread pans next month!) What would you use them for?

My son is lactose intolerant but I LOVE Alfredo. Vegan cashew sauce is an awesome substitution. It doesn’t taste the exact same but you get that creamy sauce with your pasta and its delicious!
