Great Lakes Gourds Handmade gourds crafts grown in Michigan We will also try to post the craft shows or other events that we will be at with all of our current items.

Items on this page are available for purchase just reach out to us through messenger and we will let you know how to purchase them. If an item is listed as “No longer available” it means that it has been purchased. I try not to take down old items because even though the shape of each gourd is unique, designs can be mimicked if supplies (hats, colors, ribbon, etc.) are available to do so.

We are so excited to be back at the Ford House Harvest Day on September 26.

Look what we have! Last year, we grew some loofa gourds and dried them out. Our friends at Scrupulous Soaps took them cleaned them up and made some bars of soap with them. We are so excited to finally be offering loofa soaps. Come out to the New Baltimore Farmers Market today and visit our booth or theirs to get yours until 2pm.

Hey all! We will be out at the New Baltimore Farmers Market rain or shine. The set up may look different but we will have everything we can get up. We are finishing up the Grosse Pointe Chamber of Commerce art fair and we are replenishing what we can in baked goods.

I will post the menu early tomorrow morning in the story. If you let us know that you would like something- we can do a porch pick up or drop off at 4pm.

Thank you everyone who came out to the New Baltimore Farmers Market yesterday before the rain came. If you were caught in the rain with us and got some of our baked goods, we hope you enjoy them enough to come back in better weather to purchase some more. We will not be at the market next Sunday and the week after is Bayrama so there will not be a market.

Our next event is a Community Day on June 27th with the Tyler Conklin Foundation at L’anse Creuse North High School. Yes Ty Conklin is a tight end for the Detroit Lions and former Central Michigan Football player. We will have our baked goods along with our crafts at this event. The kiddos are looking forward to the football camp. Come out and see us and support this great cause!

Hey tomorrow we will be at the New Baltimore Farmers Market rain or shine. We have been baking our hearts out today to have an extra full table for tomorrow. We are praying that Mother Nature has a little bit of mercy on us and that it is not a washout tomorrow. Our lineup is currently as follows…

Remember it is a “Second Sunday Market” which means that the market is expanding north another block for tomorrow’s market.

This past week we have been super busy restocking different items. Tomorrow, at the New Baltimore Farmers Market, we will have a couple puzzle designs that are new to the market including a new puzzle altogether. We will also have a bunch of new birdhouses for you to choose from. (The little birdies in our houses at home are getting closer to leaving the nests! At that point we suspect the wrens will beginning to come sing their song for us while they build their summer home)

You will see some modifications to our baked goods tomorrow. Last week, we found out some of the items we have been offering were not allowed under updated Cottage Food Law guidelines, so we had to pull them from our lineup. Do not fret it was only a couple of items and we were able to pivot and create something new. We are also working on finishing a batch of bagels tonight to bring to market in the morning. The rain should be moving out for the length of the market and be a beautiful day. Come to the corner of Washington and Main in New Baltimore where will be set up until 2pm tomorrow!

If you are looking for the perfect Mother’s day gift we have restocked some birdhouses this week. We will also have a special treat for mothers that stop by our booth. Unfortunately, both items are limited so arrive early. All of us in our household wish all moms a very Happy Mother’s day!

Happy Saturday all! Hope everyone is having a beautiful Saturday.

Busy weekend for us as we divide and conquer. Matthew is hanging out and helping Schultz Concessions.LLC over for Half Way to Halloween in Ann Arbor.

Myself and the kids are home getting ready for the market. The cookies are finally done! So we are on to nuts, breads and muffins.

We can not wait to see you all tomorrow for the special second Sunday market at the New Baltimore Farmers Market! For now the kids are out playing while this round of cookies cools and get ready to package. See you all tomorrow!

Hello Gourd friends! Our fourth season at the New Baltimore Farmers Market starts tomorrow! We are all set and loaded up!

We can't wait to see all our friends tomorrow! Come see us in our normal spot next to Monty's Farms.

We will also have our baked goods with some new comers as well. 🙂
