Promised I would keep you posted on progress. I came down to the shop long enough today to cut and do second glue of the the end grain chef’s board. Hope to feel like taking it from the clamps in the morning and cleaning it up for finish. Notice the thickness of the cutting board it should stand up for years and years for our chef friend.
