Thank you all for your kind words on our last post! Since we lost quite a bit for next week, this weekend is your week to come down and get flowers! We are at BOTH Decatur Central Park Farmers' Market in downtown Decatur tomorrow, as well as Springfield Old Capitol Farmers Market presented by HSHS St. John's (in a new location next to Arrowroot Coffee!) Please come down and see us and stock up or share with someone who could use a little extra love or joy! We have so much to choose from that we were able to harvest before the storm last night! We can’t wait for you to get these in your hands! Thank you so much for supporting us little guys! It means the world to us!

Some pretty significant storm damage from last night😭Luckily we had a huge harvest this week, but looks like the next couple of weeks might not be the case. Please come out to the markets this week if you’d like to get ahold of some of our amazing mixed bouquets and sunflowers! We prepared best we could by putting in posts and twine, but it looked like straight line winds came through last night and they didn’t stand a chance. Farming is hard sometimes, but we keep planting through most of the season just in case something like this happens. Just might take a couple weeks before we are back in “bounty” mode. I’ll post pretty flower pics later. Love you guys!

I’m not exaggerating when I say we cut 6 hours worth of these fluffy feverfew clouds this week! These airy little daisy blooms are perfect on their own, and also add that extra touch of ✨sweetness✨ to mixed bouquets! They are the perfect pairing for sunflowers, too! We will have lots to go around at both Old Capitol Farmers Market presented by HSHS St. John's and Decatur Central Park Farmers' Market on Saturday! Jared and I are splitting up markets to tackle both! If you are in Springfield, our booth is in a different location this week on 4th street on the north side! We can’t wait to see you all!

New sunflower alert! These make me want a bowl of ice cream! Every week during the growing season we plant about 1,000 sunflowers in about 10 different varieties that we change throughout the season. We love to plant the lighter colored varieties earlier in the season and darker varieties as we get further into summer. The variety on the left here is called peach light, and the one on the right is lemon light. We love their shape, the petals, and those brilliant green centers. These are definitely staying in the rotation! What do you guys think?

📣IT’S OUR FIRST CENTRAL PARK FARMER’S MARKET OF THE SEASON!📣

Tomorrow (Saturday) is our first farmer’s market of the season from 8am-noon! We are really in the midst of the late spring bounty! We hope you can come down to make it and see it all in person! We can’t wait to see you all again! 💐💐💐

🚨We need your help!🚨

Us vendors at the Central Park Farmer’s markets usually have long days/nights of prep Friday and super early mornings on Saturdays to transport and set up all of our locally grown or made products (like 4am or earlier!) Unfortunately, us vendors are no longer allowed access to the restrooms in the transfer house as we have been in previous years. We are trying to find a business or building right near/in Central Park that vendors could have access to. We would love to bring a bouquet each Saturday in exchange for the generosity! We believe it’s really important to encourage and support our local vendors. These are people who are often working full time jobs in addition to their side hustles so they can make ends meet while following their passions! A nice accessible restroom at market would be one less thing for us to stress about! Please tag or share, or message us if you know of anyone who could help us out! Thank you all in advance!
