Happy National Candy Corn Day & !

I couldn’t miss out on celebrating my all time favorite fall candy today so I’m sharing my Halloween candle ring, which just happens to include ribbon with candle corn on it! 🧡

History lesson of the day…

Did you know that candy corn was originally created in the 1800’s and was named Chicken Feed? Eventually Jelly Belly came in and changed the name to Candy Corn and it’s remained a Halloween favorite now since the 50’s.

Swipe to see the completed Halloween themed candle ring. 🎃

When I think of something pretty, I always think of flowers.🌷

I’m joining some friends today to share with you; my mind of course went straight to this beautiful tulip wreath.

It’s made on a 14” grapevine base and measures approximately 22” inches diameter. As with a lot of my wreath designs, it can be hung on a door or used along with a candle as a table centerpiece. 🌷🌷

Be sure to check out my stories throughout the day for more “something pretty” posts!

Welcome to Work Table Wednesday!!

I’ve been busy this week filling very opposite design orders. The weekend was filled with the Grinch and post weekend…it’s all about coastal vibes, which is what’s on my work table today!

Some of you are already feeling the cool fall air but here in Florida we’re still warm, which is where a lot of my coastal orders come from, the sunshine state! ☀️ Today I’m making one of my best sellers, a beach inspired coastal candle ring. It’s available in my shop year round!

Happy ! Today some friends and I are sharing pumpkin themed posts and I thought I’d go into the archives and share one of my all time favorite coastal fall creations with you.

This one sold out before I could keep one for myself and the supplier stopped stocking what I needed…so no chance for a re-list. Fortunately I have this beautiful photo as a reminder! 🩵

I’ve got a new holiday piece for you! 🎄

As some of you may remember, I designed an Elf themed wreath a few years back; it was inspired by the 20th anniversary celebration of one of my favorite holiday movies…Elf.

I’ve had so many requests for a candle ring that I decided to add this one to my shop this year!

If you purchased the Elf wreath from me, this would be a great coordinating piece to go with it!

I’ve been making my own wreaths for years now but it wasn’t until we moved to Florida that I began learning how to work with deco mesh.

With the intense heat & warmer temperatures here most of the year glued embellishments aren’t always possible because they’ll fall off in the heat of the day; so I’ve had to come up with some designs that won’t be affected as much by the sun and heat.

I’m a little late to the game this year, but I just finished my new fall wreaths and thought I’d share them with you.

I think the ribbons add a lot of color and texture, what do you think? Slide to see them side by side on my front doors.

🎶 Sleigh bells ring are you listening? 🎶

I’ve been slowly adding some holiday items to my shop and here’s one of them!

This festive candle ring is made with red & white deco mesh along with burlap, and has Christmas themed ribbons throughout along with sleigh bell embellishents.

It measures approximately 14” in diameter, is 6” deep and can also be used as a small wreath or as entry way table decor to greet family & friends this Christmas season!🎄

With so many holiday creations filling my feed now I thought it was time to share my new Merry Grinchmas wreath with you! 💚

I’ve always enjoyed coming up with new designs each year and this year was no different. From the wreath frame to the decor mesh colors I’d be using using, the ribbon…it’s just a fun process for me. This year I wanted to include Cindy Lou & Max. So happy I did!

If you swipe you can see the two previous year’s versions. Happy to say they both sold out! 🎄

Merry Grinchmas 3.0 is now available in my Etsy shop with a limited supply.
