I’ve been working on something new at my sewing machine bench!

I created a series of printable Sewing Machine Bench Books to help keep service work organized from the moment a machine comes onto the bench through cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, testing, and final notes.

There are separate Bench Books for Vintage, Mechanical, and Computerized sewing machines, plus The Sewing Machine Bench Companion — a quick-reference guide designed to stay right at the workbench.

Everything is available in two styles: Pretty and Rugged. You can purchase the books individually or get the complete four-book bundle.

These are organization, documentation, and reference tools — not a sewing machine repair course.

🥳 I woke up to some exciting news this morning...

It's such a wonderful feeling to know that something I created at my own workbench is now helping a fellow sewing machine enthusiast all the way in Denmark.

Many of you know me as a custom quilter, but over the past several months I’ve added something new to Doreen’s Quilting Creations…

Sewing Machine Cleaning & Service! 🪡

What started as cleaning and restoring a few vintage machines has grown into a real passion. I now clean and service many domestic sewing machines, helping them run smoother, stitch better, and stay in good working order.

Along the way, I also created a series of printable Bench Books and Workbooks to help keep track of maintenance, service notes, repairs, and machine history. They’ve become an essential part of my workbench, and now they’re available for other sewing machine owners and technicians too!

Whether you need your sewing machine cleaned, have a vintage machine that deserves some TLC, or you’re looking for an organized way to document your machines, I’d love to help.

I’ve been busy working lol. This beauty came as a donation when I got some parts machines. She threw in an extra thinking it would be parts too. Nope. She’s shiny!! I have done rewiring to do this weekend and she will be done.
