There is always room for human error and we strive to our best ability to make the project the best it can be, and make the customer smile when handed their final piece. We welcome requests and ideas from our customers and will be honest if we do not think it is something we can do and have it come out as perfect as we think it should or what the customer may expect. We reserve the right to turn d

own a project request for this reason. Note that most projects are not made ahead of time and it will take a lead time of approximately 30 days (if we can do better, we will), if a custom project we reserve the right to change the lead time to what we see fit to finish the project to completion. Please message us if you would like to request a project to be handmade for you. We will respond within 24 Hours.
